What Kinds of Files Can TMaker Handle |

TMaker is very flexible with respect to the format of the incoming files. The fields can be either delimited, labeled or fixed length. TMaker can handle a number of file "structures" such as:
All the data for your order/transaction come in on one record. (Like a CSV or delimited file).
An order comes in on multiple records. Typically a header record with customer data followed by a variable # of item records.
Fixed # of input records for every order. For example there might be 5 records for every order.
Data is on a report (phonelog).
All of these structures are understood by TMaker and can be converted to TapeMACS records.
